Yes, we have classes available for beginners. We offer beginner-only classes as well as mixed-level and more advanced classes to cater to different skill levels.

Wear active shorts or hotpants for pole class, and for other aerial classes, a vest & stretchy tights that cover the back of your knees. Don't forget your water bottle and yoga mat, or you can rent one. Avoid wearing rings.
All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications can be made to suit individual abilities. It is important to listen to your body and work at your own pace during the class.
Our instructors are trained to provide modifications and alternatives for exercises to accommodate different body types & abilities. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment. The aerial equipment can support individuals weighing up to 150kg.
No prior experience is required to join classes at Air Fitness Studio. We welcome and accommodate all levels of fitness and ability.
